The Dorcas Samuel Foundation (DSF) is a private family foundation rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to quality education and healthcare. Based in Dominion City, Alu, we operate with transparency, integrity, and deep care for our community.
As a privately funded initiative, DSF does not accept public donations. Instead, we channel family resources directly into scholarships, medical coverage, and social interventions that transform lives.
